Registration

Authors of Technical Papers

To be published in the CSET'19 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Program Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. electronic

Registration Fees:


Full Registration Includes: Access to all ICCS sessions, Complimentary Access to theTutorials, Lunch , Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet, electronic download of the proceedings.
 
Limited and Special Registration Includes: Access to all ICCS sessions , Complimentary Access to theTutorials, Lunch , Welcome Reception and electronic download of the proceedings.
  
One Day Registration:  Access to all ICCS sessions on the day selected, electronic download of the proceedings.
 
Tutorials Only: Access to the sessions registered for and electronic download of the tutorial notes.
 
Cancellation Policy:  All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by a date that will be announced latter, cancellations will incur a US $100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to cset@qu.edu.qa
